Hill Park Hotel

From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel owner – a very kind and friendly person. We had a pleasant conversation, which set a positive tone for our entire stay. The room was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and very cozy. We spent a lovely and relaxing time there. Later, we went for dinner and really enjoyed it – the food was delicious, and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. In the morning, we had breakfast – a classic English breakfast served buffet-style, so we could help ourselves. Some hot dishes were brought to us by a kind lady, including tasty eggs, bacon, sausages, and other delicious items. Although we stayed only one night, we had a truly enjoyable experience. Five stars from us for the hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and food. We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Lovely little rooms,very clean and nice bathroom Local fish shop attached to hotel,which for some maybe a good thing.there for a 50 th birthday party in Inverkeith so very near.good parking at hotel.would stay again as represents good value.

Great members of staff who were happy to hold our bags until our room was available at check in time and all very friendly. Helpful in booking a taxi for us with not being from the area and accommodating breakfast. Room was clean and spacious. Free parking was a boost and plenty spaces. Bar connected had a great atmosphere with friendly locals. Would definitely stay again!

Decent location and quiet enough. Room was nice and a good size, good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that there was a pub and restaurant in the hotel and there was a chip shop right next to it.

As per other reviews, set in what looked like a residential neighbourhood. Similar feel to other budget hotels but even better in my opinion. Everything I expected (tv and tea/coffee) and I didn't need anything more. Met by receptionist on arrival who answered all important questions. Unmanned desk overnight and when not busy but they clearly state method of contact overnight (by phone) and at other times or via other available staff (cleaners, waitress etc) dotting around. Friendly and reassuring staff (John), clean and cosy rooms, no noise from outside. Nicely decorated clean en-suite with toiletries provided. Shower-size very good. Lovely breakfast with the usual toast cereal, fruit and tea/coffee as well as one cooked to order. Cooked breakfast portion was more than expected. Everything was done efficiently. Hotel is only a little bit off the main motorway, and easy to find. I pass this way a few times in the year and would consider using this again as my preferred stop.
